Savanna Millet Flatbread:
In a bowl, mix 50g of (3 heap table spoons) with 175ml water and a pinch of salt. In a non-stick pan ) Double side Savanna pan is perfect) , spread the mixture and let set for ½ minute then flip to the other side till perfectly cooked. Serve with any dish. Perfect for sandwiches.
Savanna Millet Flakes:
Follow same preparation method for flatbread, and add 1 tbsp. of (Sweetfiber). Spread the mixture and cook in a non-stick pan.
Porridge:
In a small saucepan, place 2 tsp of millet flour with 250 ml water and mix well. You may add 1 tbsp. Â yogurt. Bring the mixture to boil with continuous stirring, and let simmer for 4-5 minutes or until cooked. Best served warm with milk.
Pudding:
In a small saucepan, heat 1 tsp olive/sesame oil. Add 1 tbsp. (product) and stir well. Pour 1 cup milk or water to boil , Add chopped fruits (apples, bananas or or dates) to boil . Remove add fresh fruits( pineapple mango) and blend well using an electric blender. Serve worm or cold.
Millet Shake:
In a pan, heat 1 tsp olive/sesame oil. Add 1 tsp Savanna millet and stir well add water to boil . Move to blend well in an electric blender with fruits( banana mango pineapple) and coconut milk to boost taste and flavor . Refrigerate and drink Savanna millet shake
